One of our core principles is simplicity — giving creators the tools they need without unnecessary complexity. That’s why we’ve written these Terms & Conditions in a clear and accessible way, so you can easily understand how the platform works and what to expect when using SuperYou.bio.

1. Welcome to SuperYou.bio

It’s great to have you here. These Terms & Conditions, along with the linked policies (“Terms”), govern your use of our services which include SuperYou.bio (https://www.superyou.bio), its website, applications, and any related software, features, or tools (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “SuperYou”).

When we use terms like “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms, we are referring to SuperYou.bio and its operators, affiliates, and related entities.

By using SuperYou.bio, you agree to these Terms. Our help documentation and support materials may also contain important information about how to use the Platform. Please take the time to read these Terms carefully, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use SuperYou.bio.

2. Changes to these Terms

SuperYou.bio is constantly evolving and improving. From time to time, we may make changes to the Platform or update these Terms. These updates may be required to reflect business developments, improvements or modifications to the Platform (including if we decide to discontinue certain features or functionalities), legal or regulatory requirements, commercial reasons, or to protect our legitimate interests.

We may update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If we make a change that may materially affect your use of the Platform, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, such as through email notifications, announcements on the Platform, or other appropriate communication channels.

Your continued use of SuperYou.bio after any changes to these Terms become effective will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may terminate your account in accordance with the section “Suspension or Termination of Your Account.”

3. Your Account

To create an account and become a SuperYou.bio user, you agree to comply with these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. In some cases, we may require you to verify your identity, your account, or connected third-party accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.

Certain features of SuperYou.bio may allow visitors or other users to interact with your profile (for example, by subscribing, submitting forms, messaging, or purchasing products or services). Any individuals who interact with profiles through these features are considered users of the Platform and are subject to these Terms and applicable policies.

If you are using SuperYou.bio on behalf of a business, brand, organization, or another individual, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf and to bind them to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for ensuring that it is used only in a lawful manner. We recommend creating a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately.

You may not assign, transfer, or sell your account to another person, nor allow others to use your account in a way that, in our reasonable opinion, could damage SuperYou.bio, violate applicable laws, or infringe the rights of others. You also agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create multiple accounts or access the Platform in an unauthorized way.

4. Your Username

When you create a SuperYou.bio account, you will need to choose a unique username. Your username is an important part of your profile and may be used as part of your public profile URL. However, it must respect the rights of others and comply with these Terms.

You must not choose a username that:

Infringes on another person’s intellectual property rights, including trademarks or copyrights

Impersonates another individual, brand, organization, or public figure

Contains offensive, abusive, or misleading language

Is registered with the intention of selling, reselling, or unfairly benefiting from someone else’s name or brand (commonly referred to as username squatting)

If concerns arise regarding your username, we may review the situation and request that you change it. In certain circumstances, we may also reassign or remove the username if it violates these Terms. If you refuse to change a username that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

If a third party believes that your username infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a formal intellectual property claim. You will have the opportunity to respond to such claims where applicable.

Additionally, if your account remains inactive for an extended period of time (for example, if you have not logged in, updated your profile, or received meaningful activity for six (6) months or more), we may, at our discretion, reclaim or reassign your username without prior notice.

5. Managing Your Plan

You may sign up for SuperYou.bio using a free plan or a paid subscription plan, and in some cases through a free trial or promotional offer. Your plan begins once you accept these Terms and will continue until either (a) you cancel your subscription or (b) we terminate or suspend your account in accordance with these Terms (see the section “Suspension or Termination of Your Account”).

By initiating your first subscription payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees. Unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms described in this section, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By continuing to use the Platform, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any relevant taxes on each renewal date.

Please note that certain jurisdictions may provide mandatory consumer rights regarding subscription cancellation. Nothing in these Terms overrides those legal rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update our subscription plans at any time. This may include adding new features or services, removing existing features, adjusting plan pricing, or introducing new subscription tiers. If we make changes that materially affect your subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. Your continued use of SuperYou.bio after the effective date of such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated subscription plan and pricing. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

If you cancel a paid subscription, your plan will generally remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account may revert to the free plan with reduced functionality. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or subscription section of your account dashboard.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, in certain situations, such as if you cancel shortly after subscribing, we may consider refund requests at our discretion. For support related to billing or refunds, please contact us at support@superyou.bio.

If you purchase a subscription through a third-party app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the billing and cancellation process will be governed by the respective app store’s policies. In such cases, refunds must be requested directly through the relevant app store provider, and SuperYou.bio may not be able to process those refunds.

If you cancel your subscription and choose to delete your account, you may do so through your account settings. Please note that once your account is permanently deleted, it may not be possible to recover your account or any content, data, or information associated with it.

6. Your Content

We appreciate the variety of content creators share on SuperYou.bio. However, we want to ensure that everyone who visits the Platform can do so in a safe and respectful environment. For this reason, we maintain Community Standards that outline what types of content are allowed and prohibited on the Platform. Failure to follow these standards may result in the removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

When we refer to “your content,” we mean any material that you upload, publish, link, or share through your SuperYou.bio profile or the Platform. This may include text, links, images, graphics, videos, audio, products, forms, messages, notifications, AI-generated responses, broadcasts, or any other materials used to interact with visitors or customers through your profile.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on SuperYou.bio. By publishing content on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• The content belongs to you, or you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share it on SuperYou.bio.

• Your content does not infringe upon the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party.

• Your content is truthful and not misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Your content does not contain harmful software such as viruses, malware, or malicious code that could disrupt the Platform or other systems.

• Your content does not use automated tools, scripts, scraping systems, or data collection mechanisms to gather information from users or the Platform without authorization.

• Your content does not contain unauthorized advertisements, spam, or misleading promotions.

• Your content complies with our Community Standards and other platform policies.

Because laws and regulations vary between countries and regions, certain content that may be legal in one jurisdiction may not be permitted on the Platform. To maintain a safe environment for all users, we reserve the right to remove content, restrict access to certain features, or take other appropriate action if content violates our policies or applicable laws.

7. What We Can Do with Your Content

We value the content that creators share on SuperYou.bio. When you publish or upload content to your SuperYou.bio profile, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

This license also allows us to use elements associated with your content—such as your name, profile image, likeness, voice, brand name, or other attributes included in the content—in connection with the Platform and for marketing or promotional purposes across various media channels (for example, on our website, social media, or promotional materials).

You retain ownership of your content. However, you acknowledge that content posted on your SuperYou.bio profile may be publicly accessible and may be viewed, shared, or redistributed by other users or visitors on the internet.

Please avoid sharing personal information that you do not want to be publicly visible. Sensitive information such as government identification numbers, passport details, financial credentials, or similar private data should never be posted on the Platform. If you choose to share another person’s personal information, you must ensure that you have obtained their consent and that you are authorized to share it.

While we are not obligated to monitor the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content, we reserve the right to review, moderate, modify, remove, or restrict access to content if it violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws. We may also apply content warnings or restrict access to material that we believe may not be suitable for all audiences.

8. Your Responsibility to Your Visitors and Customers

You are responsible for the individuals who visit or interact with your SuperYou.bio profile (“Profile Visitors”). These may include users who submit information through contact or lead forms, subscribe to your profile, interact with your content, or purchase products or services through links or tools available on your profile. Collectively, these individuals are referred to as “End Users.”

You are solely responsible for:

• How End Users interact with your profile and content, including any links, products, services, or promotions you provide.

• Ensuring that all interactions with End Users—such as selling products or services, collecting personal data, sending emails or messages, or running marketing campaigns—comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where your End Users are located.

• Ensuring that any transactions conducted between you and End Users through your profile comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party payment processors or payout providers used to facilitate those transactions (see the section “Monetizing Your Content”).

SuperYou.bio may provide features that allow End Users to support you through voluntary donations or tips. You acknowledge that such contributions are made voluntarily and without any expectation of receiving goods or services in return.

Donation features may be used only for personal creator support and must not be used for unauthorized fundraising activities, charitable campaigns, or the collection of funds on behalf of third parties unless explicitly permitted by the Platform and compliant with applicable laws.

9. Your Responsibility to Your Visitors and Customers

SuperYou.bio may provide creators with access to features that allow them to earn money through the Platform (each referred to as a “Monetization Program”).

These Monetization Programs may include, but are not limited to:

• Selling digital products or services (such as downloads, courses, memberships, or communities)

• Accepting tips or donations

• Affiliate links and commission-based promotions

• Other monetization tools offered through the Platform

Earnings generated through the sale of your own products or services are referred to as “Direct Earnings.”
Earnings generated through affiliate links, partnerships, or other third-party programs are referred to as “Partner Earnings.”

Direct Earnings and Partner Earnings together are referred to as “Earnings.”

The following terms apply to Monetization Programs.

Payment Providers

SuperYou.bio may use third-party payment processors or payout providers to facilitate payments and payouts associated with Monetization Programs.

These providers may include services such as payment gateways or financial institutions that process transactions between you and your End Users.

Your use of such services will also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.

Direct Earnings

If you sell products or services through SuperYou.bio, you may be required to create and maintain an account with a third-party payment processor designated by the Platform.

To participate, you may need to:

• Provide required information such as identity verification details

• Submit payment and banking information

• Accept the payment processor’s terms and conditions

Payments for Direct Earnings will generally be processed directly through the payment processor to your designated account, subject to applicable processing fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the payment provider.

Partner Earnings

SuperYou.bio may also allow creators to earn revenue through affiliate programs, partnerships, or other third-party monetization opportunities.

To receive payouts for Partner Earnings, you may be required to create an account with a designated payout provider and provide necessary verification and payment details.

Payout providers may apply their own terms, verification procedures, and fees.

Eligibility to Participate

To participate in Monetization Programs on SuperYou.bio, you must:

• Reside in a country where the relevant monetization features are available

• Maintain an active SuperYou.bio account in good standing

• Comply with these Terms, our Community Standards, and applicable laws

• Maintain valid accounts with any required payment processors or payout providers

• Meet any additional eligibility requirements set by the Platform

If you fail to meet these requirements, we may limit, suspend, or remove your access to monetization features at our discretion.

Settlement and Payouts

Payments for Earnings may be subject to:

• Transaction fees

• Processing fees

• Minimum payout thresholds

• Verification requirements

Where applicable, payouts may occur periodically (for example monthly) once Earnings become eligible for payout and meet the minimum payout threshold established by the Platform or the payout provider.

Pending earnings may not become payable until transactions are confirmed, return windows expire, or verification requirements are completed.

Seller of Record

If you sell products or services through SuperYou.bio, you are considered the Seller of Record.

This means you are fully responsible for:

• Creating and managing your products or services

• Delivering the purchased product or service to customers

• Customer support

• Refunds and chargebacks

• Compliance with consumer protection laws

• Compliance with marketing and advertising laws

• Payment of applicable taxes

SuperYou.bio does not act as the seller of your products or services and is not responsible for transactions between you and your End Users.

Affiliate Commissions

SuperYou.bio may offer opportunities to earn commissions through affiliate links or partnerships.

Commission rates, eligibility rules, and payout structures may change from time to time and will be communicated through the Platform when applicable.

SuperYou.bio is not responsible for commissions generated through third-party affiliate programs that you independently join outside the Platform.

Disclosure Requirements

If you earn commissions from affiliate links or paid promotions, you must clearly disclose these relationships to your End Users as required by applicable laws and advertising regulations.

You are responsible for complying with all relevant disclosure requirements related to:

• Affiliate commissions

• Sponsored content

• Paid partnerships

• Gifted products

Failure to comply with applicable disclosure laws may result in the suspension or removal of monetization features on your account.

10. Suspension or Termination of Your Account

If you fail to comply with these Terms, our Community Standards, or any other policies associated with the Platform, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, or take other appropriate actions regarding your use of the Platform.

For example, if you fail to pay subscription fees on time, we may downgrade your paid plan to a free plan with reduced functionality. Similarly, if you misuse monetization features or fail to meet the eligibility requirements for participating in monetization programs, we may restrict or remove your access to those features.

The actions we take will depend on the nature and severity of the violation. In some cases, we may provide warnings or allow you to correct the issue before taking further action. However, repeated or serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

We may also suspend or terminate your account if we are required to do so to comply with applicable laws, legal requests, or court orders, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to prevent harm to the Platform, our users, or third parties.

If we suspend or terminate your account, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, although we are not obligated to do so.

If your account is inactive for an extended period of time (for example, if you have not logged in or there has been no activity on your profile for six (6) months or more), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

If your account is suspended or terminated under this section, you will generally not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid, unless required by applicable law. SuperYou.bio is also not responsible for any loss of content, data, or functionality that may result from account suspension, termination, or plan downgrade.

If you believe your account has been mistakenly suspended or terminated, or if you have questions regarding these Terms, please contact us at support@superyou.bio. We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve the matter in good faith.

11. Feedback

We welcome your ideas and suggestions on how to improve SuperYou.bio. From time to time, we may also make certain features available in beta or testing phases and invite user feedback.

If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform, you agree that we may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you, and we may implement, modify, or decline to use it at our discretion.

Beta features may still be under development and may not function as reliably as fully released features. By using these features, you acknowledge that they are provided for testing purposes and may change or be discontinued at any time.

12. Our Platform

SuperYou.bio owns and operates the Platform and all related services. We grant you a limited right to access and use the Platform for creating and sharing content, managing your profile, and interacting with other users in accordance with these Terms.

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform—including software, design, branding, logos, features, and other materials (excluding your own content)—are owned by SuperYou.bio or its licensors (“SuperYou IP”). Your use of the Platform does not grant you ownership of any SuperYou IP. You may not use our brand name, logo, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission, including in ways that suggest partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with SuperYou.bio.

We grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for its intended purposes. You must not use scripts, bots, scraping tools, or any automated methods to access, collect, download, or extract data from the Platform or from other users’ profiles without authorization.

If we provide you with assets such as themes, images, icons, fonts, graphics, or templates, you may use them only within the Platform and in accordance with any applicable guidelines. You must not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright notices associated with the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or any part of it.

When you visit a SuperYou.bio profile as a visitor, we grant you a limited right to view and interact with the content made available by that profile. Some creators or businesses may offer products, services, affiliate links, or sponsored content through their profiles. If you choose to purchase or engage with such offerings, you acknowledge that the transaction is directly between you and the creator, seller, or third-party brand.

SuperYou.bio is not responsible for the products, services, or transactions provided by creators or third parties through the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, product quality, delivery, customer support, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or other obligations associated with such transactions. Creators or sellers may also have their own terms and policies governing these transactions, and it is your responsibility to review and comply with them.

To the extent permitted by law, SuperYou.bio is also not responsible for any opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other content posted by users or visitors on the Platform.

13. Fees and Payment

Subscription Fees:

If you choose a paid plan on SuperYou.bio, you must pay the applicable subscription fees on time. Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location, and you are responsible for paying those taxes where required (see Section 14: Tax Requirements).

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on whether you select a monthly or annual billing cycle. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing date.

When subscribing to a paid plan, you must provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method (such as a credit card or other supported payment option). By providing a payment method, you authorize SuperYou.bio to charge the applicable subscription fees and any associated taxes.

If automatic billing fails (for example, due to an expired payment method or payment provider issue), we may issue an invoice or request updated payment details. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in downgrading your account, restricting access to certain features, or suspending your account until payment is completed.

SuperYou.bio may also delay or cancel payments, or temporarily restrict certain transactions, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, security risks, or unlawful use of the Platform while conducting an investigation.

Platform Transaction Fees:

SuperYou.bio may apply transaction or platform fees on Earnings generated through Monetization Programs. These fees may vary depending on your subscription plan and will be disclosed on the Platform where applicable.

If transaction fees apply, they may be deducted from your Earnings before the funds are paid out to you.

Third-Party Processing Fees:

Payments processed through the Platform may involve third-party payment processors or payout providers. These providers may charge their own processing fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees.

Such fees are determined by the third-party provider and may be deducted before funds are transferred to your account. SuperYou.bio is not responsible for these third-party processing fees.

Changes in Fees:

We may update or adjust subscription fees, platform fees, or other applicable charges from time to time. If material changes to fees occur, we will provide reasonable prior notice through the Platform or other communication channels.

If you do not agree with the updated fees, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of fee changes will be considered acceptance of the updated pricing.

14. Tax Requirements

For the purposes of these Terms, “Tax” or “Taxes” refers to all applicable taxes imposed by law, including but not limited to indirect taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, duties, levies, and similar charges, as well as direct taxes such as income taxes, withholding taxes, or other transactional taxes. Applicable taxes will be determined based on the relevant laws of your country, state, or local jurisdiction.

Taxes on Platform Fees

Depending on your location and applicable laws, subscription fees or other charges for using SuperYou.bio may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable Taxes. If Taxes apply, they may be shown as a separate line item on your invoice.

You are responsible for paying any applicable Taxes related to the fees charged by SuperYou.bio. If required by law, we may collect Taxes from you and remit them to the appropriate tax authorities.

If you claim a tax exemption, you must provide the required valid tax exemption documentation before an invoice is issued.

If any payment made to SuperYou.bio is subject to withholding taxes or other government levies, you remain responsible for ensuring that the full amount owed to SuperYou.bio is paid.

Taxes on Earnings Through the Platform

If you generate Earnings through SuperYou.bio (for example through selling digital products, affiliate commissions, or other monetization features), you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations related to those Earnings.

These obligations may include:

Reporting income earned through the Platform

Paying applicable income taxes or transaction taxes

Charging and remitting taxes where required by law

Where required by applicable law, SuperYou.bio or its payment providers may withhold certain taxes from payouts and remit them to the relevant tax authorities.

Tax Reporting

SuperYou.bio, its payment processors, or payout providers may be required to collect and report certain tax information to government authorities.

This may include reporting earnings received through the Platform in accordance with applicable tax laws. You authorize SuperYou.bio to collect, process, and share the necessary tax and payment information with relevant payment providers or authorities where required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that any taxpayer information or financial information you provide is accurate and up to date. SuperYou.bio is not responsible for penalties or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

15. Privacy

Protecting your privacy, as well as the privacy of visitors to your SuperYou.bio profile, is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect personal data related to your use of the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

When you collect personal information from visitors to your profile—such as through lead forms, subscriptions, or other tools—you are responsible for ensuring that your use of such data complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

The Platform may also generate usage data and analytics related to your activity or the activity of visitors on your profile. These analytics may be provided to you as data insights or reports to help you understand how your profile performs. While we strive to provide accurate analytics, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such data.

16. Confidentiality

From time to time, SuperYou.bio may share confidential information with you, such as early access to new features, product updates, or beta releases.

If confidential information is shared with you, you agree to:

• Keep such information confidential

• Not disclose it to third parties without authorization

• Use reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure

If you are invited to participate in a beta program or testing phase, you acknowledge that certain features may still be under development and may not be fully stable or reliable.

17. Recommended Content

SuperYou.bio may display recommended content, products, or links that may be relevant to you or to visitors of your profile.

These recommendations may be generated based on:

• Information you provide

• Platform activity

• Usage patterns or aggregated user data

These recommendations are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by SuperYou.bio of any products, services, or content suggested through the Platform.

18. Liability

SuperYou.bio is not responsible for how you use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own content, data, and information stored on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperYou.bio will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including damages resulting from downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Platform, or from copying, distributing, or interacting with content available through it.

You are responsible for ensuring that your systems, devices, and data are adequately protected when accessing the Platform. SuperYou.bio is also not responsible for any content, comments, messages, opinions, or statements posted by you, visitors to your profile, or other users of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperYou.bio, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of the Platform

• Your content or activities on the Platform

• Any claims brought by third parties related to your content or services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither you nor SuperYou.bio will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, revenue, goodwill, privacy, or data.

Our total liability to you arising from or related to your use of the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to SuperYou.bio during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

19. Disclaimers

Your use of SuperYou.bio and any content available through the Platform is at your own risk.

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties regarding:

• Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform

• Accuracy or reliability of content

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement of third-party rights

SuperYou.bio does not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always function without interruption or error

• Any errors or defects will be corrected

• The Platform will be free from viruses or harmful components

• The results obtained from using the Platform will meet your expectations
